Library is the main source of information resources required for learning,
research and other academic activities. It is spacious, well furnished, and contains more than 7500 books, 400 electronic materials and
other information resources. It has 60 seating capacity. It has subscribed 5 National and International Journals,
8 magazines, 8 newspapers. Internet browsing facility is provided with 7 computer systems. It offers various useful information services to be
utilized by the students and staff at their maximum extent.

********** Rules & Regulations **********
Students, staff and visitors are requested to sign in the register at the entrance while entering the Library.
Students should have their identity card with them to use the Library.
Students, staff and visitors shall leave all their belongings at the property
counter before entering the Library. No valuable things should be left in the property counter.
Members are responsible for any damage caused by them to the Library property shall be required to pay the fine.
In case of loss of borrowed book, the users has to either replace the book or pay double the amount of the book.
The physical condition of the book should be checked while checking out. Mutilation of pages, if found,
is to be brought to the notice of the circulation in-charge. Otherwise, the borrower himself / herself shall be
responsible for mutilation of the book if detected afterwards.
Underlining, marking, folding of pages, etc. in the book is strictly prohibited.
Students shall borrow books kept in the Borrowing Section. Reference materials, rare books, valuable books will not be issued.
Three books will be issued to students on production of their Borrower’s Tickets and Borrower’s Tickets are not transferable.
If the borrowed book is not returned on or before the due date, a fine of Rs. 1/- per day will be charged.
If the Borrower’s Ticket is lost, a fine of Rs. 10/- would be charged and the duplicate card will be issued.
Members leaving the Library should stop at the exit so that the material borrowed or taken out of the Library by them may be checked.
Silence and strict discipline should be maintained in the Library. Every one shall ensure that no reader is disturbed in
his / her study by any act of his / her.
Personal books and borrowed books won’t be allowed to the library for reading purpose.
Question papers will be issued for one day. Circulation of question papers will be done in the afternoon after 2.00 PM only.
Library staff, with the permission of Principal, reserves the right to add, ignore and modify any of the above rules when necessary.
